Data Integrity Statement
All figures in this report are based on verified organizational records. The headline count of 2,259 unique individuals was produced through the following methodology:
- Raw data from 125 source files across all CARO programs was consolidated.
- Deduplication was performed using email address as primary key and phone number as
secondary key (dual-key Union-Find algorithm). - 744 duplicate records were identified and collapsed to their master record.
- The conservative floor of 2,200+ applies a 3% buffer for any undetected cross-email
duplicates. - The master deduplication file is available for audit upon request.
