About Site Authorities
CARO (Care for Assets, Resources, and Obligations) is a Washington, D.C.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit, launched in 2023, working globally—beginning in Bangladesh—to train ethical, capable, and system-ready political leaders through simulations, civic education, and policy innovation. While our roots are in the United States, we operate globally, with active programs in Bangladesh and expanding international partnerships.
