Throughout his time here, Rifat was a key part of the Research Wing. He conducted valuable research and analytical work that significantly strengthened our strategic planning and program development efforts. His critical thinking, attention to detail, and unwavering dedication made a meaningful and lasting contribution to the overall effectiveness of the Research Wing.
